La Casa Del Sol is a all-adult community making snow-bird wintering easy and fun! Conveniently located near medical facilities and shopping, with easy access to both Tampa, Orlando, and their area attractions. The village like community consists of small cottage homes, each has a standard bedroom, bathroom, living room with Murphy bed and kitchen. Additional options include a screen room and/or air conditioning. All homes are leased for a very affordable price. The lush grounds are fully maintained by the staff, including lawn mowing, tree and bush trimming, and planting seasonal flowers. Some residents live here year-round and some spend only the winter.
